At Studio 13 Skin by Christina, my goal is to provide a calm, intentional space where every
client receives my full presence and care. To honor that experience, please review the following
policies before booking:
🌿 Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full
treatment.
🌿 Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made
outside of this window, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of
the services reserved.
🌿 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service time may be adjusted to respect the next scheduled appointment.
Arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be treated as a missed appointment and charged
accordingly.
🌿 Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment will be shared at booking.
Gift certificates may be redeemed for services and/or products and must be presented at
the time of service or purchase.
🌿 Quiet, Relaxing Space
To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your phone upon arrival.
